When it comes to video work, I did freelance jobs where I did the full video production (planning, shooting, editing & color grading), and especially since Covid started, I did video editing jobs for digital agencies as well.

#1 Preparation

Becoming a Freelancer is a huge step and it requires a bit of preparation. So in this module I give you my best tips on what you should do to prepare yourself and be productive. I also tell you what to sell and how videos work for marketing, so that you know what you’re talking about when you contact clients.

#2 Lead Generation & Sales

The most important thing as a freelancer is to constantly get new clients and projects. In order to do so, you need to learn how to generate leads (contacts) that you can then sell to. Sounds scary but my 8 strategies are actually quite easy to do. You’ll also learn how to talk to clients, create proposals, how to price yourself and how to get paid.ents.

#3 Content Marketing

It’s important to understand how content marketing works, both for yourself but also for your clients. Video is content, so you will likely create content for your clients. If you do it right, your clients will get good results, like sales and continue working with you.

But you can also use content marketing to market your own services. I’ll also show you how.
